How do I place an order on VELVEENO?
Choose your product, select your size, add it to cart and complete checkout using prepaid payment or Cash on Delivery, if available.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order using guest checkout. Creating an account is not mandatory.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Returns & Refunds policy.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Prepaid orders are eligible for free shipping across India.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. COD is available with an additional ₹99 COD handling charge.
Is the COD charge refundable?
The ₹99 COD handling charge is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
When will my order ship?
Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on location and courier serviceability.
Do you ship outside India?
No. At this time, VELVEENO ships only within India.
Tracking
How can I track my order?
You can use the Track Order page with your Order ID and billing email.
Where will I get courier tracking details?
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp or order updates.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you offer returns and exchanges?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are available within 7 days of delivery.
What condition should the product be in?
The product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging.
Do I need to share product photos?
Yes. Clear product photos are required for return and exchange requests.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. VELVEENO will take responsibility for damaged, defective or incorrect products.
Can I exchange my size?
Yes. One free size exchange is allowed within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
What if I request a second exchange?
Any additional exchange after the first exchange may require the customer to bear applicable shipping or reverse pickup charges.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes quality check.
How are COD refunds processed?
For COD orders, refunds are issued to the customer’s bank account or UPI after quality check.

What is Alpha Fit?
Alpha Fit is Velveeno’s oversized, relaxed streetwear fit with a drop shoulder, roomy chest and structured drape.
Should I choose my regular size?
Choose your usual size for the intended oversized fit. Size down for a slightly regular fit, or size up only if you prefer an extra relaxed look.

What fabric do you use?
Our T-shirts are crafted from 240 GSM, 100% premium cotton.
How should I wash the product?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with mild detergent. Do not bleach, do not tumble dry and do not iron directly on the print.
