We try our best to display product details, colours, prices and availability as accurately as possible.
Product colours shown on the website may slightly vary from the actual product due to screen settings, lighting and photography.
Product measurements may slightly vary by 0.5–1 inch due to fabric nature, stitching and manual measurement.

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees.

5. Payments
Payments on our website are processed securely through Razorpay.
VELVEENO does not store your card, UPI, net banking or wallet details on our website.
6. Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery may be available for eligible orders.
COD orders include an additional ₹99 COD handling charge.
The ₹99 COD handling charge is non-refundable once the order has been shipped.
If a COD order is refused, not accepted, or the customer is unreachable, future COD orders may be restricted or prepaid payment may be required.

In rare cases, if an ordered product becomes unavailable due to stock or inventory issues, we will contact the customer and offer a choice between a refund or an alternate product.
10. Shipping
At this time, VELVEENO ships only within India.

11. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged product claims, COD refunds and quality check rules are explained in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

12. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Some products may be marked as Final Sale.
If a product is marked as Final Sale on the product page, it cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless it is damaged, defective or incorrect.
